Hi,

Once you've redeemed it the game is applied to your account, you can't and you don't need to redeem it again.

Your game should be in your owned content in your Windows 10 Microsoft Store app. If you search for MSF2020 in the Store it will say you own it.

Please attempt to download the game by following these steps, please let me know if they worked for you or if you encountered any other difficulty:

1. Open the Xbox app on your PC.
2. Sign in with the account you used to redeem the Flight Simulator redeemable code.
3. Go to “Library”, it's located in the left pane.
4. The game should be listed there if you're on the correct account, then just click on it and click “install”.

Hi,

Keys are not being added instantly anymore, you will need to wait until sometime next week (more than likely Monday/Tuesday) to get a chance to get a key on the site. Since there has been extreme demand for the dashboard preview they have been having issues
keeping up with demand of keys. Please be patient as they are working to get everyone keys as fast as possible.

If you have a key available it will show up on this page here, if not, be patient.

Once you receive your key and have redeemed it on the console you are prompted to download the Beta Registration application. You finish downloading and registering your console and then you patiently wait a 1-2 business days (as
far as I can see the support reps work from Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM PST) so if you register on a Friday, wait until Monday/Tuesday.

Once you are prompted to receive the new dashboard update you from THEN wait upwards of 5 business days in order to get access to the private beta forums. You are getting "GROUP NOT FOUND" because you do NOT have access yet.

Please be patient! I understand you guys are all eager to get access and report your bugs and feedback but waiting upwards of 5 days is not going to hurt you considering you have all the time in the world to test and report your bugs and feedback.

Hi!

I've the MSFS2020. In the marketplace it is possible to click BUY for a product. But after this I become the error "buying not possible".

The accounts in the MS Store, XBOX-App and MSFS2020 are the same.

My creditcard is working - because I bought a product today in the MS-Store.

Anybody any idea what there is wrong?

So i have that issue every couple weeks. I just log off msfs2020 and log back in and it works every time!
