Product from g2a.com says "This code has already been redeemed. Get more info"

I have bought Forza Horizon 4 Standard Edition XBOX LIVE Key GLOBAL.

The seller sent me this email:

[Mod Removed-Personal Information]

I have got this [Mod Removed-Personal Information]
key from the g2a.com.

When I try to redeem the product with this key it says "This code has already been redeemed. Get more info".

I had to contact the seller on g2a.com and he told me that I have to ask xbox live to
who and
when redeemed the key.

Can you tell me
who and
when was the key redeemed?

Contact the seller and get a refund. There is nothing that Microsoft/Xbox support can do. As pointed out, this is a 3rd part retailer and they are solely responsible for the code.

I doubt support will help as this is a 3rd party seller & G2a are notorious for selling stolen or used codes.They are not a reputable online seller to buy from.

Some game developers recently said that they would rather someone pirated their games rather than buy them from G2a.Says it all really.

Hi there,

If you paid by credit card or Paypal you can make a claim to either of those payment vendors. Both have excellent buyer protection, so if you get any help from the seller make a claim for a refund.
