    My Xbox isn’t working correctly. The console is accepting certain functions when i input them. It’s getting stuck trying to open the menu or move through the dashboard?

    Talked to a rep who was helpful (that's 3/3 good reps since my process started). He said there's a problem with the MS points system and the points may not reflect for a day or two....nothing to do with the incident though.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible. The incidents that lead to the enforcement likely happened weeks ago as it takes time for the enforcement
    team to investigate reports.
