Discus and support Problenm opening specific jigsaw in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; am able to select jigsaw and then selection and then specific jigsaw, then select play level and system takes me back to main 'solitaire' front page...     am able to select jigsaw and then selection and then specific jigsaw, then select play level and system takes me back to main 'solitaire' front page

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Jigsaw loads but any specific puzzle starts to load and then just before opening then game shuts down. Have checked drivers W10, cleared all old windows updates, caches etc. Stymied. Levono IdeaPad 320. Mahjong works well.

    Jigsaw Freezing Issue

    I just tried getting out of Windows 10 XBox Beta and then opening the Jigsaw game in XBox; no freezing.

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team is here to assist with the situation, based on the information provided I would suggest that we uninstall Microsoft jigsaw and Microsoft solitaire. Then Reinstall Microsoft jigsaw and see if this fixes the issue. If this doesn't

    New puzzles don't download.

    I found this by accident.

    Close MS Jigsaw

    Go to settings

    Click on privacy

    Click on background apps

    TURN ON Microsoft Jigsaw

    Open MS Jigsaw and try downloading again.

    Now I can downloading.
