    There was a failure in halo 5, which does not synchronize my profile, I also delete my personalization content, in addition to opening the packages of supplies, these are not added to the inventory.

    What is the solution for this?

    Hi there!

    To be sure you own that content on your account if you check your
    purchases     do you see that order for Halo 5?

    If you do not this means your current account did not make the purchase and perhaps it was from a Home console share or a disc copy.

    Either way you would need to repurchase the game for this account or see about Home sharing with the owner once more.

    There was a temporary issue with profiles yesterday but that should be resolved now. Are you still experiencing the issue? problen in halo 5 :)

    I cant connect to halo 5 servers, error to autorize this profile with halo 5 servers, can't connect to online modes, I have to change my router and open ports and I have the same issue, please help me :'(
