Проблемы с локализацией [Translate] Wolfenstein® II: The New Colossus™

Приветствую.

Проблема в следующем...

В игре Wolfenstein® II: The New Colossus™ не доступен русский язык, при том, что в описании игры, в списке языков усский присутствует.

Факты:

1. Территориально нахожусь в Англии, следовательно онлайн магазином тоже пользуюсь UK.

2. Приобретён Xbox Game pass для ПК. Хочу заметить, что в оссии эта функция пока не доступна, чуть ниже эта информация понадобится.

3. Как уже писал выше в описании игры Wolfenstein® II: The New Colossus™ в списке доступных языков присутствует усский на странице магазина UK.

4. Перепробовал все варианты языковых настроек в Windows, но усский язык в игре так и не появился (Да, при изменении настроек ПК перезагружал и игру переустанавливал)

Итак:

В приложении Xbox для ПК эта игра называется просто Wolfenstein II: Standard Edition, без упоминания части, что уже является ошибкой.

Никакой информации о региональных ограничениях нет.

Издатель игры Bethesda твердит, что усский язык для этой игры доступен только в оссии и Польше.

Простите, но как я уже писал выше, в оссии Xbox Game pass для ПК не доступен это раз, и усский язык указан в списке в магазине UK а не в оссии.

Я, находясь в UK читаю описания продукта, меня всё устраивает, никакох побочных эффектов не упоминается (я про региональные ограничения).

Следовательно при приобретении я должен получить продукт в соответствии с описанием.

На всё это издатель игры Bethesda без каких либо дополнительных аргументов просто посылает меня в поддержку Microsoft. Цитата "Please contact Xbox support about this matter of being unable to play the game in Russian."

По сему обращаюсь с вопросом... как мне получить обещаный русский язык в вышеупомянутую игру?

Hello!
Yes, at this moment list of languages is away, they removed it.
But at start it was. Unfortunately i didn't screenshoot but it was there.
It mean, that at this moment my problem is gone. (not resolved)
Anyway, i think, that in description of game, if there is regional restrictions, about that should be wrote in same description.
Because a lot of games have the same problem. For example Astroneer. You can check, there still is list of languages, and no word about regional restrictions.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to answer your question.

Available languages for games is up to the developers to program that into the game which would only apply to the regional market the game is purchased in. Either there is an in-game setting, or the license you purchase/download from the Game Pass
(based on your region) has the language programmed into it. If the developers said that the Russian language is only available in those regions and not in the UK, then you cannot get the Russian version of that game unfortunately. The Xbox Game Pass for PC
is available in Russia but you need to purchase it from a local retailer. Game Pass and Gold are no longer sold online in Russia, but they are still sold in partnered retailer stores.

Also nowhere in the product description of the PC version of this game in the UK Microsoft Store store states the available languages. If you saw something related to that, it was just saying which languages are available but you still need to be in
the correct region to get a license with the same language.

...Are just some of its latests and upcoming releases, so chances of it going under are low, they will definitely be brought at the very least.

My first suggestion would be to check with Bethesda/ID on their forums to see if it's a known issue, could be something really simple such as a missing file or perhaps just something that needs tweaking in the game files to get it run on your PC.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't use Geforce Experience, I think its just blootware in my opinion.

I tried your solution, completely removed my drivers and all nVidia software and did a full clean install of the most recent drivers.

But sadly the error persists.

As I mentioned in my original post, as far as I know I have all the Vulkan files listed in my windows folders. So they are present.

Tomorrow I'll test DOOM on Vulkan API to see if that runs and I might install Tomb Raider, see if that works.
