Problems with Xbox one S , many issues help?

nothing is working online for me I just download call of duty mw 2019 warzone won't work because there's an error downloading something error code: diver

I have game pass ultimate, fastest internet / wifi cox has to offer. Yet even installing a game it's showing slow speeds it will install then stop then install then stop. I can't login to Xbox live on any game. When a game loads it pops up to sync data to whatever game and then says error can't sync data to continue offline or something. My MBPS when installing say example will start at 200 then weirdly go down in numbers to 0 then stop installing then it'll come back. Can't go online on any game.

it seems to be an issue on many different tv models so it's definitely an Xbox one S firmware problem not receiving the HDR signal correctly

I would also like to chime in and state that I too experience the same issues on ANY Xbox One S console. I literally just bought a brand new Xbox One S yesterday, 7/25/17, and out of the box it doesn't stay connected to wifi. I also have the blue/green Gears
of War 4 Xbox One S that does the same thing over wifi. Changing to energy savings mode doesn't really help either. And I know for a fact that it's not my ISP or router because literally every other device, including phones, laptops, and PS4 Slim have absolutely
ZERO connectivity issues. I even have an older Halo 5 Xbox One that has zero connectivity issues. I feel as though the problem lies with either the Xbox One S software or wifi software.

It would be nice to see Microsoft support chime in on this because this is getting out of hand. I, along with many others, spent good money on these products and would like to see them working properly. This is the 7th Xbox One family console I have purchased.
The last two being Xbox One S' and both of the S consoles have given me nothing but problems, which is unacceptable. Something about this needs to be addressed. I'm just glad to see that I'm not the only one having these problems.

There are many Xbox One S owners that are having this "ticking sound while in energy saver mode." I contacted MS support chat about this issue and did not get a straight answer as to what is causing this issue. I wish to go on record here that I believe
MS is aware of the issue but is not publicly admitting that there is a problem with the Xbox One S console.

There is something going on with the hardware, but is it causing other issues with the console? Not that I can see...I hear the ticking sound while the console is in energy saving mode (the console is off), but that's it. Other than that, everything works
fine and am quite happy with the Xbox One S. I am keeping "an ear" on the issue for now, and if it gets worse or other problems arise, then I will contact MS for a replacement under warranty.
