Problems with XBox One on Windows 10 Er Message 0x80090016 not recognised

THESE SUGGESTIONS WERE HELPFUL' particularly the link on download apps troubleshooter. I started by resetting the feedback hub which had been generating the message. Now I can sign in automatically again. Thanks for your helpful suggestions.

Have you tried restarting your XBOX completely, or possibly even unplug your XBOX and wait a quarter of a minute until you plug it back in? If you have tried both of these, you can contact customer support.

Have you tried to uninstall/re-install the Xbox App?



Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:



1. Click Start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.



2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.



3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage
*xboxapp*|
Remove-AppxPackage



4. Hit Enter.



Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.
