Problems with Xbox One cutting off when I login to my Microsoft/Gamer account

Hi, Ive been having a lot of trouble with Xbox One shutting down after installing Fallout 4 game disc and Automatron DLC download. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling game and DLC and even cleared the reserved space for the game but it only seemed to
make the problem worse. It finally got to where my system wouldnt stay on at all so I managed to do a factory reset by pressing the sync button on the side and the eject button at start up. It worked and my system came on and stayed on until I try logging
into my Microsoft account and soon as I do, it cuts off again. Its not an overheat problem or problem with my power brick, its something in the software or programming in my account but I dont want to use a different account because Ive had the same account
for years and have a lot of games and game data saved. Could my account have gotten a virus somehow or is that even possible ?Does anyone know what could be causing this and what steps I should take to correct it? My system has been powered on and sitting
at the login page for hours now and no problem with powering off but if I cant login, I cant play. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If the problem is related too your account, maybe try using a guest account too see if that works.

I tried using a different account but the system still shut off. I suppose it must not be a problem related to my specific account but ANY Microsoft account. It doesnt shut off until we log in to Microsoft so it cant be an overheat or power cord problem...I
dont know what else to do. I hope someone that does know something about this can please help me. My son hasnt been able to play in 2 days and hes having withdrawals, lol! Thanks in advance!

Sorry to about hear this!

I am not very familiar with the issue and I feel that an Xbox Technician would be able to provide more solid feedback.

However, a quick thought to help narrow down the problem would be having a friend/family member try signing into the same console. This would let you know if the issue is related to your account or the console itself.

I was finally able to do what you instructed and it was fine up until it came to the login to my microsoft account and soon as I did, it cut off again. I restarted but this time I didnt log in, I just let the screen sit there to see if it would cut off
if I didnt log in and its been about 2 or more hours and it hasnt cut off so theres evidently something in my gamer account causing this problem but I have a lot of games and game data I dont want to lose so what do you suggest I do? Thanks for all your help!

I finally managed to get it reset and it was fine up until I logged into my Microsoft account/gamertag and then it cut off again...I turned it back on and am just letting it sit at the login screen to see if it will still cut off if I dont log in and so
far it hasnt but I dont know what to do now because I have a ton of games I dont want to lose on my account.
