    I have only had a problem with xbox live once, and that was with the titanfall launch problems. Other then that live works perfect.

    Can't play ANY games whatsoever.

    Network connection test says my network is fine but xbox live is experiencing problems. Any idea when the problems with xbox live will be resolved?

    Hey there,

    So, you have bought a 14 day trial for Xbox Live, but its not allowing you to play online?

    There are a few things to check first. Please head over to
    https://account.live.com     and sign into your account. Then head over to membership and see if you can see the 14 day trial code listed.

    You can try signing out of your Xbox Account on your Xbox console, and removing your account through the Settings > Account page. Then try signing back into your account again, adding it back to your Xbox again by: Guide > Scroll all the way to the left
    > Click onto the + icon to add new account.

    If this does not work, please reply back with the exact error message you are greeted with when you try and play online.

    It sounds like you need to promote your child account to an adult account. Here's our guide on how to do that:

    support.xbox.com/.../online-safety    .

    If you need help remembering the account name/password for the parent account, you can use the

    xbox.com/forgot     site to try to recover forgotten information.

    Unban The Word FALL Please.

    It tells me NOT ALOWED ON XBOX LIVE. The word FALL is BANNED from XBOX LIVE. How is something banned from XBOX LIVE not XBOX LIVES problem? As I said its a Microsoft Problem and they have to fix it.
