Hello, for weeks I have had problems with xbox live Multiplayer, every time I do the connection test of xbox live says: teredo is unable to qualify, I have already tested my Nat in other applications
and I have not had errors, and talk to my internet provider and my network is in an optimal state to play online, also test my pc and xbox one in other networks to verify if it was only my network that was causing problems, and try to fix this problem with

and even so the sevice of xbox live multiplayer has problems, already speak with customer service of xbox by phone call and
they do not know what may be causing the problem, my pc and network are in optimal states and should not have problems to play online with

y aun asi el sevicio de xbox live multijugador tiene problemas, ya hable con servicio al cliente por llamada telefonica, mi pc y red se encuentan en estados optimos y no deberian tener problemas para poder jugar online con el servicio de xbox live, nesecito
ayuda, por semanas no he podido jugar mis juegos online de xbox, ya no se que hacer para poder resolver este problema, si no puedo encontrar una solucion a esto, no creo que sigua usando el servicio de xbox.

Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Teredo error with the network connection. To help clarify a bit more, what device are you using? (Xbox One/Windows 10)

Hello Mati,

The only thing that would block you from Xbox live would be a suspension/ban. You can go to
enforcement site and check see if you have one. If you don't have a ban, and due to it multiple devices not working on your network, it would be an issue with your ISP.

hi there,

to clarify, i have this issue on windowns 10, but i tested a lot of devices with windows 10 on my network and the problem only happed when i playing in my network, i dont have this problem when i playing in others networks with the same devices, and i already
talked to my inthernet provider about this issue and they told me that my network is in optimal condition for gaming, and also told me that the xbox services can block you from the multiplayer connection, is possible to be blocked only from the multiplayer
services? is possible to be blocked by the ip of the network which i tried to connect?

i already try the solutions of the link, my problem is focus on windows, but the xbox one can not connect to the online mode either, i tested the multiplayer service in my friend´s xbox, and i tried to
fix this issue on pc, my internet provider told me that the xbox service is capable of block you of the multiplayer service by the ip of the network by the ip which i tried to connect, is that true?
