    So do I have to wait for my trial period to end before I can play online? In this case it would be 30 days.

    Purchasing and reedeming on X1

    I second both these problems although mines is with the DLC of CoD Ghost, and also with reedeming my 14 day trial for xbox Live Gold

    Gold Trial will allow you to play online.

    Can you explain in more detail the problem you are having please.

    Everytime I try to play it asks me to buy xbox gold. I even purchased an extra month just to see if that would help.

    Make sure you are signed in with the account that you purchased your minecraft with and has GOLD on.
