    Problems with Xbox Games, what to-do?


    Heya! In some cases, xbox servers will be offline, for a time, with many reasons, but: What i can do in this cases?

    Now i will share some thigs with your all! What you can do and what not do, in some cases.

    "I'm have some problems to play my games in library"

    1. Certificate that your console is connected in internet (wifi or ethernet)
    2. Check Xbox Support Page (here)
    3. If befero all your tests your game not start or you not able to play online, report your problem.

      (In some cases, you can contact Xbox Support for some help)
    Ok i have created a ticket for that, but i want to play my games now, what i can do?

    If this problem is not in your side, unfortunately is not to-do with it, just wait for news, dont listen to tutorials with some arguments saying "change your dns" "change your country" "chane your port" This things made without knolendge, can make a very bad problems in your console, and in some cases it will be requires a reset.

    What do you mean by preferences? I will check the NAT page but I still do not believe that is the problem. Last night I was able to connect to game servers without a problem and played games just fine. I got on today and I am having the same problem.
    I think its my xbox but I do not know what is wrong with it.
