    Problems with XBOX 260 setup/launch


    Hello! Got myself XBOX 360 kinetic (used one, but the previous owner showed it was working flawlessly), however have some problem with setup/launch. Connected it to TV (Samsung UHD 4K Smart TV), the TV recognized it, but all I can see is the static image
    on the screen (below). I also bought a new HDMI cable suitable for XBOX console, but it didn't do me any good - still got the same image and no changes. What could be possibly wrong with it and what should i do? Thank you in advance!

    hi,

    I have already setup a passkey and it doesn't help to solve the issue.

    the family account is setup and my kids have profils with time screen restrictions

    No problem for Gaming,

    But, My problem is that when the Xbox start, Kids just have to clicks on "b" and they could navigate in the xbox without any profil and they could launch Netflix.

    in this case, all the parental control and time screen limit are not applicable.
