Problems with Xbox 1 X

my 1x keeps telling me there is a problem with my saved games. Ive tried resetting my console and keeping my games and apps probly a dozen times and done a factory reset 3 times in the last week and redownloaded everything. The error keeps coming back repeatedly
and sometimes freezes my console. I also frequently (7-8 times a day) have to unplug my console because it freezes and won’t do anything unless I do. Anyone have any suggestions?

Keep getting: "you have been disconnected from xbox live" message when wired

So ive tried with 4 different Xboxes now, 1 original xbox one (no issues) 2 xbox one S (problems with both) and 1 xbox one X (still problems) and it still happens!!! It seems to only work with the original fat xbox one. Doesn't happen with my ps4 that's
also wired. It seems to be an xbox compatibility issue with the new xbox one models (S and X) with the Bell modem called: Home Hub 2000. Home Hub 2000 - support, help and troubleshooting from Bell Internet

MS please fix this. I cannot use my Xboxes wired because of this compatibility issue with the modem.

 

Why do we pay For Xbox Live?

1. Playstation Plus is a paid service, not free.

2. Both Xbox and Playstation have problems with their service from time to time. One service is not more stable than the other.

I mean, this place won’t let me edit my original post so just add I usually have to unplug my Xbox one x a few DOZEN times a day to use it.

 

I am having the same exact problem. Were you able to get it fixed? We are going to return the console tonight and it exchange it for another one. But I don't want to waste my time if I get another one and it does the same damn thing.
