Problems with use profile when playing Forza Horizon 3

Hi )

My son have som problems with his player profil when hi want's to play Forza Horizon 3 on his xbox One S. Two weeks ago he didn't have any problems, but now hi cant drive whit the hand control nor his new Rat and pedal set from Logitech G920. The weird thing
is, that the game function fine when I try it on mine player profile

. I have got all the help the danisk department from MicroSoft support can offer, and they have now asked me to contact You, to se if You have any solution.

We have tryed to turn of the console, deletede the game and reinstalled. We have tryed a Offline System update wich didn't help neither. We also made his profile adult, just to check that it was'nt any parentcontrol isu, that made the damage.. And of course
I have check the Internet connection.

Now I realy hope You have a sollution. The only thing I can think of is to delete his player profile completly, delete the game and perhapse even by a brand new Forza Horison 3 for him.

Does anyone use a wheel with their Xbox One when playing Forza Horizon 3?

I have problems playing forza Horizon 3 on my xbos one. I get the failure invalide profile. I can solve the problem by using a guest profile, but after some time I get the same failure Again.

The best I can suggest is to try doing a factory reset on the console (there's an option to keep installed games and apps) to see if that helps. If it does not then the issue may be with the controller itself. If that is the case then you'll need to contact
Logitech for more assistance.

in? Is the Xbox profile you're logging into the one that purchased the game initially?

support.xbox.com/.../forza-horizon-3-faq not sure your brother's profile been homed with you or not, or the console itself is home console for you...better try out. "You can only be signed in at one place at a time while playing Forza Horizon 3, or any
other title that supports Xbox Play Anywhere.". I think it depends how your brother tied with your account then, like other Xbox games.
