    Problems with Thursday is for throwback faves.


    I have purchased 3 games on the Thursday Throwback mission, but I can only see One Fave on the mission page.

    And I don't see all the credits gained on my rewards page. I can provide dates/names of the games I purchased if needed.

    Please help.

    No reward credits for Throwback Thursday purchase 7/6/2017

    Hello, I purchased Civilization Revolution during Throwback Thursday and have not received any reward credits yet according to my status page. I did receive 1250 reward credits for my First Purchase With Local Currency which was this purchase. It seems
    like many people are having issues with reward credits for this promotion and it's almost time for the next throwback Thursday...

    Hello.

    I ask you about "Throwback Thursday Rewards".

    It have punched 1 of 4 "Bonus Reward punchcard" in the page "MyMissions", Should it punch 2 of 4?

    It shows "Pending Credits" in the page "MyRewards";

    07/12/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - July Week 2 (1,000 Rewards Credits) - 1,000 Credits

    06/15/17 - Throwback Thursday Rewards - June Week 3 (1,500 Rewards Credits) - 1,500 Credits

    We have found an issue with your Witcher 2 purchase that prevented that title from going towards this offer. We will manually adjust your account to reflect this purchase. However, regarding your recent purchase today, from our FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each week’s offer or completion of the Bonus Reward punchcard.

    Since your purchase was only made today, it is too early to see the Rewards.
