Problems With The Walking Dead Season 2 (Backwards Compatible)

I'm really upset and frustrated at the moment. A couple days ago i contacted Microsoft about not being able to purchase the 3 remaining episodes of The Walking Dead Season 2 (Backwards Compatible). Despite owning the first 2 episodes and playing them previously, it
kept saying it wasn't available in my region. (Australia.) I was told by a team member that everything on my account looks fine, that it
should be working. Eventually she came to the solution that adding another security email to my account would fix the problem. Which it did, thankfully. Now after purchasing and completing them all, my xbox one profile (both on the console
and online) says i have none of the 24 remaining achievements. Which is odd because when i click the view button & menu button (at the same time) to view my 360 profile whilst in the game
it says i have them all. I tried your solutions for achievements not popping and none of them have worked. Can you please fix this? I've never had problems with backwards compatible games before and to some of us achievements are
incredibly important.
