Problems With the Heist

what??? I love being the driller. simply because the hacking part reminds me of an indie game I have. its really not that hard. I can almost do the whole drilling part without making any smoke, don't know why, but its always on that last lock.

Cops N Crooks

Maybe it will come with the Heist update. Then when you pull a heist, other players can become the cops and if they stop you, they get the money from the heist.

I ran a heist with you the other day Drewberg. You bailed half way through the heist.

 

I could not, for the life of me, do that drill part. I kept *** it up about 4-5 times. I have a small screen so I can't see the instructions that well. It also adds pressure when the partner is yelling "What are you doing? Hurry up!"

The hacking game was easy. It reminds me of "Snake". Don't know if that's what you were thinking too, Zone.

 

How is hacking easy for you guys ? I mean everytime I hack I end up bumping into the servers wall, I know it's not bioshock or SR4, but man whoever came up with this type of hacking mini game should have been fired.

 

Their is a game called minigame marathon. its an indie game. get the demo or buy it for a buck, play all the games there from easy to hard, and master them. that is the reason why I can hack without a sweat.

its actually fun to play by yourself, but more fun of course with other people.

 

@Darth, the hacking part just takes good hand-eye coordination and fast reflexes (when you need to move it left-up, down-right, etc).

@Zone, I did get better with the drill though. On my latest run of "The Fleeca Bank Heist", I got 4 bars broken and had trouble on the final one but never once overheated the drill.

 

But the thing is I keep messing up no matter how hard I try

 

darth, play minigame marathon bro. and on the drilling part, just remember, your not time, move slowly. look at the sparks and keep them sparking. once you see a little smoke, let off a little, and your good bro.

 

man I wish I could play it but my subscription expired, don't have any points, that's probably why i'm on psn so much lol. But i'll give the hacking minigame a shot when I get my xbl up and running again.

 

you don't need XBOX Live Gold for it bro, its an indie game for a buck. get the demo free, like the game, get it for a buck, done deal.

I never played snake but found it to be pretty easy. Try using the D Pad. Its helps. Dont feel bad though I have had some decent players struggle with it for 45 minutes. Which I know is like "wow dude really"?

My cutoff time for "failure rate of hacking is 10-15 minutes". I get bored sitting there about a block away from the Bank, in the alleyway, off the highway...

I can drink a beer, smoke a cig, crank the tunes, turn the wheel back and forth, and a number of other things, but eventually it's just "COME ON ALREADY!!!"
