Discus and support Problems with the change of my rewards points in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi ! I have 5750 points of rewards , since last month don't changed it .     just another thing that as soon as you start enjoying and using it,its gone.

    What about it sucks??

    I think the change to Microsoft rewards has been a nice smooth change over with a ton of added features and chances at more reward points.

    You have a chance at getting a fair amount of points daily and they now have an Xbox Rewards app that can help you score even more points.

    A lot of selection in rewards/sweepstakes.

    Hi VampDark33. We do not see actions that completes an offer to earn more Credits.

    We do see that you are not receiving deposits. We are unable to deposit to your account because there are multiple billable accounts linked to your Microsoft account. We can only deposit if you have one primary billable account.
    Unfortunately, we are unable to help with that issue. Try contacting Microsoft Support to see if it is possible to remove one of your accounts, or set a primary account.

    You should really check out Bing Rewards!

    How Bing Rewards Points translate into MS points has changed over the past year or so.



    • Originally, 100 rewards points were redeemable for 100 MS Points.
    • Later, they changed it to 400 rewards points for 400 MS Points.
    • Then they changed it to 500 rewards points for 400 MS Points. They also added a 150 rewards points for 100 points offer.
    • For the past week or so, it's been ONLY 150 rewards points for 100 MS Points. The 400 MS points option disappeared. Kinda sucks.
    • Today it's 125 reward points for 100 MS points. Basically a bite-sized version of the 500 for 400.


    However, the number of points that can be gained per day has also changed over time.



    • Originally, I believe it was 1 point for every two searches performed, up to 10 points a day.
    • Later, it changed to 1 point for every five searches performed, up to 10 points a day.
    • After that, it became 1 point for every five searches performed, up to 8 points a day, but they added 3 point one-off offers every weekend.
    • As of September/October, it's settled down to 1 point for every two searches, up to 10 points a day, and one additional 3 point offer every day.


    I've gotten around 3900 MS Points from the Bing Rewards program since I signed up September, 2010. Not bad for doing some searches and following some links.

    Xbox Live Rewards     or
    Bing Rewards     though and accumulate some Microsoft Point rewards.
