Good evening, I recently had pre-authorized payments on my Microsoft account after buying a 1-month Xbox Live Gold subscription, while the box "renew every month" was unchecked. Then, 2 samples in a row were made for one and the same subscription.
Result: unpaid by 6 euros.

Can't purchase content with my account balance

Hello,im locating in Russia,and my store russian too,i can buy content from my debit card,have problems just with account balance.

 

Problem Game pass

I'm having problems renewing my game pass, the 1 month I signed it with the balance of the account, and this month won, then hj bought a gift card, and I put the balance in the account, and qnd I go
in cnfg-signatures-pay now with account balance, I can not use the account balance as payment, and only the option to use credit card or debit appears, and qnd I go to the store and I go to the game pass, and I click to participate, the following appears msg
"The form of payment in an existing account was refused and is blocking this purchase", what I do, help me, I need the game pass
