Problems with Tha Master Chief Colección and Halo Reach

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We need a little more information to ensure that we provide the correct solution. Did you purchase Halo Reach through the Microsoft Store on your mobile device? Do you see the transaction in

your order history, and the
license for the game in your license list? Are you attempting to download the game to the Xbox One or Xbox 360?

There are two different versions of the game that you can purchase on the Microsoft Store. One of them is the

backwards compatible version of the game that is available on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The other version of the game is

the PC version. We suggest making sure that you purchased the console version instead of the PC only version. Be sure to let us know the results!

Halo Reach is not on the Master Chief Collection disc, only the Halo CE, 2, 3 & 4 are. If you want to play Halo reach, then you can purchase the dlc for the Master Chief Collection or download the Backward Compatible version.

Halo The Master Chief Collection. Because Halo 4 is there and in the future will have Halo Reach.
