    Dear all,

    Yesterday morning I saw that I have lost my money balance at Microsoft Store. I have checked all transactions and my last latest purchases and there is nothing strange.

    Please give asolution in order to recover my real balance.

    Thanks for the reply but I cant find the chat option in the spanish version of the website...It possible that you send me a direct link?
    Unfortunately due to how the website is made, I can't give you a direct link, you must go through the support page and click other options and get to see "chat with xbox support". All of those links go to the same support people so it doesn't matter which
    one you get to.

    Also, if you got money from, let's say a Microsoft promotion, that money does have an expiration date.

    commerce.microsoft.com shows a balance of $11.60 CAD. The Avatar Store shows a balance of $1.74 CAD. Pretty sure there's a problem with my account...

    56 days and counting.
