    Problems with series s I need support please


    I have had some bugs with my console series s and I would like your help to know if it is normal



    my control has recurrent disconnect issues with the console is the nexus button does not respond as it should



    my console had black screen 3 times and once when I opened a screenshot I had taken when I went back to the xbox menu the colors were all blurry locking the control functions is the baton on and off the console I had to remove the cable power to go back to work



    I need to know if these issues could be related to my participation in the insider program or if it could be a console issue!

    FIFA 22 and Next-Gen issues

    Most of games are great on Series S, speacially optimisated ones for S|X

    But FIFA 22 is a big problem because I bought the Series S speacially for FIFA but the game looks like from Xbox 360....

    We need your support, I hope they will fix this awful / pixelated graphics

    Xbox seriesses i geuss

    the series s support up to 1440p but to use that resolution you would need a monitor not a tv as most if not all tv's support 1080p or 4k.

    series s will upscale to 4k though.

    No external optical drives will be supported on the Series S/X. For disc based gaming, you will need to purchase the Series X, NOT s.

    Basically, the series S support up to 120 FPS; therefore, please make sure that the TV supports HDMI 2.1.

    4k 120hz issue

    Hi,

    Do you have the Xbox One, or the Xbox Series S? You'd be surprised how many people get the names confused.

    If it's an Xbox One S, then that console doe not support 120Hz @ 4K. Also, the HDMI out on the Xbox One S is HDMI 2.0, not 2.1. Only the Xbox Series S and Series X support 4K @ 120Hz via the console settings. The One S is only 1080P.

    Bear in mind also, that there are no games for the Xbox One S that do 120Hz (or 120 fps). The 120Hz option is only there to support VRR (variable refresh rate).

    If you want to play 120Hz supported games, you will need a Series X. The Series S support of 120Hz games is a lot more limited.

    Note that on the Qn95a, only HDMI 4 supports HDMI 2.1
