Any game that I buy does not register on the rewards system when it says when I log in that I should get 4% back and I have 15000 reward credits that have been pending for well over a month

Problems with system..

i was putting my account onto a USB flash drive and it turned out after i put it back in the console it wouldn't let me use my gamertag nor will it let me delete move or anything with it.. and it's irritating me and i have no idea what to do i have like
890 MSP on it and so much other loads of stuff that i really spent a lot of money on i really need to get this fixed and quick..

September payback was delayed due to an issue with MyVIP, which is why your Credits have not been deposited yet. They should be deposited with the end of month deposit occurring shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

MyVIP payback is calculated as a monthly whole and place as pending midway through the following month. Therefore it is too early to see Credits for your purchases. Also, please keep in mind that game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award
payback or progress.

I was also lowered a rank. I think there most be a glitch with the system. As for not getting the rewards from September I did talk to a member and was told that September will be rewarded at the end of this month as they were having problems.

It is always a problem with multinational systems. Microsoft has a rewards program that no other company has. Do it and you Live will be free.

I have been having the exact same problem since Sunday 12/03/23. I have tried everything that this Jose guy suggested. When you contact support it's always your system's fault. It's not your system's fault. It's Microsoft Rewards. Microsoft Rewards is a mess. It's a joke! They are too busy nerfing points to fix issues. I don't really care about the measley 5 points. I care about it affecting my weekly and monthly quests. Good luck getting anyone at Microsoft Rewards to care about this problem.
