    Problems with redeeming the code for Fallout 3


    I have problem installing Fallout 3 on my Xbox One. It's an online download code from Fallout 4 box with physical disc. When I try to redeem the code, I always get error message. I've tried all possible steps. At the end, the customer support told me, it's
    an issue with redeeming legacy FO3 codes. It's there a way to solve this problem?

    Does anybody else have problems redeeming the Fallout 3 code that you get from Fallout 4, if you have than how did you solve the problem?

    Problems with redeeming the code for Fallout 3

    Hey there miiisak!

    When redeeming codes be sure that your account is set up for the region that you're currently located in. Cross-region accounts aren't supported and can cause errors. If you're receiving the 80150017 code be sure to check out

    this troubleshooter     for steps to resolve it.

    If you're still having trouble with redeeming your code you'll need to reach out to
    Phone/Chat support for support. They may be able to look into the region of your account to make sure everything is set up correctly.

    Hello! I bought The consol with fallout 4 cd at the time fallout 4 was relesed and I got the code for fallout 3 with it. Fallout 3 is an xbox 360 game from The start could that be a problem trying to download to xbox one?

    Makes no sence selling a box with fallout 4 to xbox one and a redeem code for fallout 3 to xbox 360 😑👈

    I have this same problem, except I redeemed my code and it said there was an error downloading Fallout 3 and to try again, and now the code doesn't work as it's saying it has already been redeemed, yet Fallout 3 isn't in my downloads queue or showing up
    anywhere on my console...

    3     page on xbox.com while signed in with the account that pre-ordered Fallout 4. Click on "Buy Game" and it will show that you have already purchased Fallout 3 if you have already redeemed the code.
