Problems with recieving monthly credits

To Whom it may concern,

I've been a member of Xbox Live Gold for at least 14 years now and I really enjoy Xbox Live Rewards and what it has to offer. Unfortunately I might be having problems with receiving my monthly credits. My VIP star rank is level 5 which allows me 10% credit
back for my monthly Xbox Store purchases. In December I made over $300.00 worth of purchases plus completed 2 monthly Xbox Live Rewards Missions and in January I only got 40 some dollars back from the credits I earned. This month in January, I filled up the
5,000 point bar in the beginning of the month with 10,250 points but all the points that I earned weren't deposited in my account as credits all at once because 3,000 points still remain in my 5,000 point bar. However the points that I did get deposited in
my account as credits didn't reflect the 10% I am supposed to get back for being a 5 star VIP member. It was like 7 bucks that I got back and 3,000 of those points are still inside the 5,000 point bar.

To make a long story short, it could just be me and my mistake, but it seems to me that I haven't been getting back 10% back from all my purchases that I made in the Xbox Store for the past two months now. Also I really like those new Gems for more ways
to earn cool stuff and I think there may be a problem with that on my account as well. Since I've been a member of Xbox Live Gold for at least 14 years now, I should have at least the first two Gem Badges for the amount of years as an Xbox Live Gold member
unlocked. I only have the one for being a Xbox Live Gold member for 3 years unlocked, and the Gem Badge for subscribing to Game Pass for 3 months in a row hasn't been unlocked either and I've been a Game Pass member since it first began like 5 or 6 months
ago. So what I'm trying to say is that my total Gems don't reflect my actions on Xbox Live either, and I noticed that in the prize volt that most of the things I would have spent my Gems on are already out of stock. The prize that I would like to spend my
Gems on is worth 5,000 Gems and it would be disappointing if once I saved up 5,000 Gems just to realize that the prize that I was saving up for was out of stock as well. So that's why if there are Gems that could be added to my account I would really appreciate
that but don't get me wrong I'm not asking for extra Gems for nothing, I'm just asking for the Gems that might have gotten missed while adding the ones that I earned into my account.

So if anyone can help me figure out these two problems, please get a hold of me as soon as you can because I still want to remain as a loyal Xbox Live Gold member and a valued 5 star VIP member of Xbox Live Rewards. Thanks again for making Xbox the best

not recieving credits in xbox live credits

i have not been recieving any credits for any purchases made. or for game pass

 

Have not been recieving monthly rewards

I have not been recieving the rewards for renewing my Gold subscription for the past year. What is the problem here?

 

Support will double check your VIP rebates, but keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and any content that counts towards other offers are no included in your rebate. So in December you spend $300+, but if some of that went towards
2 other offers on the site so those purchases would not have been included in your rebate.

Credits have to remain pending for one deposit cycle before they are deposited. So generally if you get to 5,000 credits between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th
of the next month. So say you hit 5,000 on December 31 and earned another 2,000 on January 3. The 5,000 would be deposited by the 15th because it was earned before the 1st of the month, but the remaining credits will remain pending because they were earned
after the 1st.

Gems just started on October 1. So you wouldn't have earned any gems for anything prior to that date. The gem offer for game pass started on November 1, so it hasn't been enough time yet to earn those gems.

 

Thank you Smwutches for getting back in touch with me concerning my Xbox Live Rewards questions. You definitely cleared things up for me and I understand where I made a mistake in thinking that my total rewards weren't being accurate. Keep up the great work
at making Xbox the greatest console ever. My only wish is that Microsoft can work out a deal with Sony by having the Uncharted game series available on Xbox as well. I'm not even sure if that's possible or if you could even suggest that to the Big Wigs but
I know that Sony PlayStation got the Mass Effect series from Microsoft and that series was suppose to be an Xbox Exclusive series. So if you can do me one more favor, could you suggest that to the Xbox management crew? I'm sure other Xbox gamers would love

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. Since some of your Credits were placed as pending at a later date, they were not processed in time for the deposit.

Additionally, Gems were only created in October. Therefore, it is not possible to award Gems for activity done before they existed.
