Problems with receiving Windows Store codes (HW2/QB)

Howdy,

I've got some issues when it comes to getting codes from games I've pre-ordered or purchased deluxe/ultimate editions. I recently redeemed my code for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate, and while I have access to HW: DE on Xbox, the PC version just lists that I own
it in the store with no way to download it. To a lesser extent, my original pre-order of Quantum Break (which I just now only remembered to due to my Halo Wars issues) never receieved the Windows Store code either. Can somebody please help me with this?

Hey Emmerich Ersatz! Are you able to download Halo Wars from the "My Library" section? Unfortunately we cannot assist with the Quantum Break as that promotion has expired. Post back and let me know!

Unfortunately, no. I'm able to download it from my Xbox One, but on the Windows Store, Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only listed under DLC for Halo Wars 2 (where it states that "You own this product." but does not have any ability to download it)

 

Any updates on this? I'm still unable to play the game I paid for.
