Sorry for the issue with accessing the content. Unfortunately, you were in the right to contact Ubisoft. Microsoft/Xbox helps with the launch of the game, unable to access certain in game areas or items is with the developer. We have no access to the content
or servers. As with the purchase was there is a code for the Olympic part. From Ubisoft:

Went to watch the Olympic Mountain bikes today as it was only up the road from where i live.gaming wise,got The Amazing Spiderman from Boomerang this morning so shall have a go of that later.

Oddly enough I experienced that in real life... when I was in AIT training in the US Army in winter, I was driving my tank up a steep, icy road, and it began to lose traction, and actually slid back down the road, slowly rotating a full 360 before it stopped
at the bottom... talk about going for a ride...

I really wish there was a more detailed map of Skyrim available. The Oblivion wiki had a fantastic map that had every road and sub-road and goat path on it which helped me tremendously. I have a tendency to go straight to where I want to go and then struggle
to climb a steep precipice only to get to the top and find the road i couldn't find before. Bonestrewn Crater did that to me. I find the roads to work like mazes, sometimes it's easier to work backwards.
