Problems with purchase

I have yet again encountered another problem. Now first off this is specific to Fallout 4 DLC. I have at present only own the base game, however I see the dlc are on sale for a limited time. So I figured with the $7.00 dollars I
have on my gold account I would take the opportunity to at least get one of the dlc specifically one of the two set at $2.99 in sale price. However from the normal console store there is no option for that. So I checked here on microsoft's main site, to see
if I can purchase it directly from here. This is where the problem becomes infuriating for me. The site first wanted me to do some validation code, which at first I had no objection towards since it's for the gamers privacy protection. So that is understandable,
I had them send the code to my cellphone. After entering the code, I also clicked the option that says I don't want to have to validate on my personal console anymore. Since I alone am the only person using my xbox one, so no'one but myself will make purchases
on it. This is where the problem comes in. After I did all what was asked of me, I went to the fallout 4 dlc page in the deals section. To use my $7.00 dollars to buy one of the two dlcs priced at $2.99 because I gathered there would be taxes on the purchase,
so I figured i'd only be able to afford one of them. Right after I clicked to buy, it forced me to the code validation page again. This time saying, I can't validate again for another 30 days. Despite promptly clicking to not have to validate on my own console
again the first time. So now i'm screwed on being able to get any dlc before the deal ends. All I ask is to simply have the admins to take the price of the dlc purchase from the $7.00 I have and send me either of the two dlcs priced within my range to my xbox
one. Please and thank you,
