Problems with privacy settings (I think)

I am having the same problem on the mobile app (iphone) text chat. When i send a message the recipient is unable to read many of the messages because they are hidden. Some messages are readable but others will say “message hidden” why does this happen
and how do i change it? Its not like i am sending messages with profanity or vulgarity and anyway i am an adult so some assistance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

When you initially set up your account the system uses that age as your official age. While you can change it anytime after the fact. It won't be recognized as your new age in the system. This is to prevent kids from changing their ages to bypass content
restrictions or settings. You may need to have a family member add you into a family account and make the adjustments for you.

Try To check privacy settings that's everything is on and working i think the problem from Discord

I occasionally have problems accessing the privacy settings and I believe it prompts me to connect to live despite the fact that I am connected. I think it may be a problem with the XB One cloud system. Odd that yours affects the whole of settings though
and mine just the privacy setting.

So, when trying to access the Marketplace in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing on a teen account using the Xbox 360, there is an error message. The error message was "You do not have sufficient Xbox Live privileges to access this feature" and the settings are
not blocked.

Does the account have issues with any other games?

I would recommend purchasing
Xbox Live Gold.
