problems with points being deposited

Hi xEVx Moose. A deposit was made to your account on December 21st. You can check your MyStatement and your Microsoft account at http://commerce.microsoft.com.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. So if you redeemed them on the 9th, they should show as pending but will be deposited at the end of the month.

As MARKEYM4RK says, there is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. This error is currently affecting a subset of our users, and has been escalated to the relevant team to resolve. What is occurring
is that our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. We need this billable account information in order to complete the deposit. Without that information,
our deposit process has no information on what billable account goes where. This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. Since this involves a database that we do not have access to, we must rely on that team's resolution to this error.
At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved.

To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the
inconvenience.

Same Issue here, ive posted twice and the response i got both times is that it is a known issue and they don't have an ETA as to when it will be fixed.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
