Problems with new installation Rise of the Tomb Rider from disc on xbox one X

Iinstalled Rise Of The Tomb Raider on a Xbox One X console from the original disc. Installation and fretting were successful. But the game just goes to the initial screen, then does not go on, quits it.What can I do?

ich wollte heute Rise of the Tomb Raider auf meiner XBox One installieren, aber nach 20% wurde die Installation einfach angehalten mit dem Fehler 0x87e000064, der anscheinend bedeuten soll, dass die Disc dreckig oder verkratzt sein soll, was aber nicht der
Fall ist. Diesen Fehler kann man auch nicht auf der Homepage von XBox/Microsoft nachlesen.

Ich habe schon alles ausprobiert:

- Spiel nochmal neu installiert

- XBox aus und wieder eingeschaltet

- Einmal online und einmal offline versucht zu installieren

Alles mit dem gleichen Ergebnis, es ging nicht.

Vorher wurden noch zwei andere Spiele ohne Probleme installiert.

Ich bitte um Hilfe, weil ich einfach nicht mehr weiß, was ich noch ausprobieren oder was helfen kann.

Try doing a hard reset, make sure the updates are downloaded as well. If that doesn't work try uninstalling/reinstall.
