    Problems with my xbox


    I've been having problems with my Xbox one and it occurred yesterday and coming to you guys is my last option I've searched up on Google what to do I'd give it proper air flow I've cleaned it out properly and no matter what I do it never fixes and it always completely turns off when I load up any game at all any match in any game platform it turns off I factory reset it two times and no matter what I do I've done every single suggestion on Google and it never works at all and I don't know what to do I move my Xbox around I've given it to get proper airflow I've opened up the window I've gave it fans nothing it just always Powers off every time and I don't know what to do no matter what

    Ok thank you, I'll try that. And yes, I do have 'Always On' mode on but for some reason my Xbox disconnected from my internet some time yesterday or last night. But thank you for your help, I will try it.

    YOU COULD TRY UNPLUGGING EVERYTHING GIVE IT A FEW MOMENTS THEN CONNECT IT ALL BACK UP SE IF THAT HELPS , ALSO CLEAR THE CACHE ON YOUR XBOX ASWELL

    My 120GB hard drive died couple years ago, and the first symptom hours before it died was Xbox was lagging, i was playing a Co-op with a friend and the lag got worst and worst to the point that the game jumps screens, when it died the game i was playing
    froze. when i went to reset Xbox, it was stuck at the xbox logo screen, and i changed to my old 20GB and ran fine. later on i was able to confirm that my 120 was dead with a friend's Xbox.

    So basically, your HDD is near death, if you can resurrect it to working condition.

    Unfortunately it sounds as if the 250GB internal flash memory drive could be faulty.
