    Hello everyone, I had problems with my Xbox One S, at the beginning it was freezing, as I was playing it was something regular for me, then they were more constant to the point that the game was freezing and I could not do anything or I even took out the main menu and when I took it out the screen would go gray, 3 minutes and the console went "fine" again, I tried the factory reset and in two weeks this happened again, I restarted the console and This time it was impossible to open the games, I downloaded 3 games and only one of them opened and the game had audio errors and freezing (the game was Rocket League, the other 2 was Apex Legends and CoD: MW), restart the console again and install the OSU1 and the same thing keeps happening, I download a game, it takes time to start the game menu and it freezes, is there a solution?

    After August Update consistent lag every 10 seconds or so?

    I have the same problem, online and single player games. Lagging and stuttering across all games. Overwatch matches freeze for a split second several times and the menus lag. Metal gear solid v each checkpiont and server update is a laggy nightmare. Warriors
    orochi 3 ultimate becomes unplayable when the issue hits.

    I have noticed the problem hits after an hour or so from using the xbox. I have done the hard reset/power cicle, unplugged everything (wired connection), factory reset. The problem still persist.

    Please fix this.

    Slow and stuttering gameplay

    I got the same issue. It started recently.

    After some time in any game the whole Xbox one S slows down: main menu opening, game(s) freezing.

    I have tried everything: clear cache, MAC, moved games to external HDD, full factory reset. Nothing helps.

    The possible reason is it may get problem with internal HDD, but problem is not appearing immediatly after boot but after some time. Another reason might be heating (fan failure?). But there is no way to do any diagnosis and there is no error messages.

    Any ideas/help?

    Xbox one freezing problem

    Yeah, I do mean a hard reset. And I solved my freezing problem by resetting my Xbox one to factory settings. Sucks though I have to reinstall all my games.

    My Xbox has been taking around 10 minutes to get to the green screen and then another 50 to take me to my dash board and then I can’t even play any games

    It is a one s I’ll try to do a factory reset very soon thanks for the help but it can’t get to the troubleshooting menu though
