    Problems with my xbox live account


    Hi, i have just changed my region on Xbox.com but it is not showing up on the actual console. I redeemed a code for 300DKK on Xbox.com, but on my xbox, i still have $0.43AUS. Any suggestions? thanks.

    Thanks I appreciate the help. I just rememebered the password for my old account from 360, but I wasn't paying another $50 for 2 gold accounts.

    Like, my old EA- Account has the same Mail as my Live- ID to which my xbox live account is linked.

    May THIS cause the problem? But I don't see here the problem just to link my xbox live account to my origin- account!

    Hi i have problem because on my account where I have xbox live gold and xbox live without gold there seems to be a problem with signing in to xbox and I don't have Internet on those accounts whereas on my sisters account where she doesn't have xbox live
    there is no problem and Internet works fine. The error code is 8015820A

    The problem does not affect all Xbox Live accounts, only US-based accounts are having this problem. I have recently deposited 500 MS points on my NZ account, and then just now, added 400 MS points on my US account via Zune software. I think its on Xbox Live's
    end thats the problem.

    you will need to make other consoles forget your password. See the require password section on this link

    support.xbox.com/.../password-protect-account     after that other consoles will require the new password to be entered

    If you are suspended for payment issues, you will need to contact phone support (support.xbox.com/contact-us) to discuss options. How was your password changed and you don't know what it is?
    Did someone change it for you?
