Problems with my realms

I renewed my realms contract this week and put a world with some addons for me to play with friends, but for some reason a Sonic texture keeps appearing in my world whenever I enter, I don't know what to do, I never added or bought a texture from Sonic, I've looked in my device's folders and it doesn't appear, I don't know what to do, I can't play without this texture, I remove it in the world settings but when I enter it, it's there, help me please!

I already uninstalled Minecraft and removed and reinstalled the world in the realms, the problem only persists in the realms, in the normal game it doesn't happen, do you know if even then these actions that you gave me can fix this?

Ugh i have the same problem too. My friend on PS4 can upload to the realm feed but me and my other friend(owner of the realm) both on PC cant upload to it...

My phone keeps loading the realm eternally at the message of "Building Terrain", and no, the problem is not my phone, as I loaded another realm and it worked perfectly

Also, if I leave a realm by pressing the "X" button on the menu, all the items on my inventory are lost? Or do they stay there until next time I join again?

I had a similar issue just last week when my realm renewed i tried to join my realm and it was stating that my version of minecraft was out of date and it kept trying to get me two spend $23.97 USD for a skin pack that had nothing to with realms on top of the $17.08 USD i had just spent renewing two realms after looking up some stuff on it i couldn't figure how to fix but i did find out that my brother was having the same problem with his realm
