Problems with my old xbox user

We understand that you are trying to access your old Xbox profile. As Microsoft accounts offer a single sign-in to other Microsoft services, including Outlook.com, OneDrive, Skype and Xbox. To avoid any privacy or security breach to your data, changes to Microsoft accounts are all automatically handled and validated. We will not be able to manually make any changes to the account, but for now please allow me to provide you with the account process you needed.

To set your expectation, Microsoft updated the terms and condition that includes inactivity of the account to be inaccessible. That means you must sign-in to your Microsoft account at least once in a two-year period to prevent it from being inactive.

In your case, if you have signed in last year there is a chance you can still access your old account. To do that, try the steps below:

• Go to Microsoft account | Home.
  
• Sign-in to your account using the email address and password.
  
• If you turned on two-step verification or forgotten the password, you may need to verify your identity using the security information added to your account (such as phone number and secondary email).
  
• If you encounter issue, then you may need to recovery your account using the account recovery form.

Hi CoolCosmos23, sorry but no. You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com.
You'll be able to see the reason and how long it's for from there and file a case review if eligible. Contact them to discuss if you want but if your ban will be canceled, you will be the first in the world ... to my knowledge.

permanent bans can not be undone. but if you would like to see more on enforcement or ask for a review you can here - xbox enforcement

once a xbox account is banned it can not be recovered
