    I had earned 1000 points already, so I solicitated an early deposit, they gave me an specific date for it to be done but few days have passed sence then and I havent receive any points.

    I would like to know what is the problem or if I did not understand the rules corretly.

    In my rewards i got this message "Your deposits aren’t going through! Please ensure the billing information listed in your Microsoft Commerce account is correct by clicking the button below." But its everything correct with my billing information. Please
    fix this.

    Hi MestreEni. Unfortunately, the error we are receiving when we try to deposit to your account is that your currency is not matching. Another team is working on this issue. We will continue to attempt a deposit until it is successful. Sorry for the inconvenience

    Once deposited, Credits are placed in your Microsoft Account as currency so that your Microsoft Account can be used as a payment method at checkout. We see these Credits are currently in your Account. You can review your Microsoft Account from the commerce
    page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account), where our deposit will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.

    Same, been seeing this continuously for the last 6 months. Must be some 'crack team' they've got working on it.

    Deposit problem

    Hello masterow88,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
