    i have a problem. i want to open the Microsoft rewards app but when i do it says that i need to change my location. when i go to my location i cant find the country i live in. i dont know what to do. can anyone help?

    Hello WretchedCard9: Can you do me a favor and be more specific for when you bought the Xbox Live Gold. These codes should have been sent to your E-mail account can you be sure to check your Inbox/Junk and Spam Folders and post back let us know if they are
    there or not. Also can you check your Contact Preferences (live.xbox.com/.../ContactPreferences) to ensure you checking

    Microsoft edge on Xbox one problem

    No error message except the ones I see on the websites telling me that my browser is too old and need to be updated. I dont have these error messages with my older Xbox. In addition to all the steps you told me I also deleted all cookies on MS edge settings.

    I have now a weird thing going on after I did the soft factory reset of the console: now when I want to load a game, I always have 1st a message telling me to wait while my game is prepared. Then when trying to load a second time the game, it work.
