Problems with messsaging

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to message your friends through our services.

If you are having problems messaging, I would say to try the steps outlined in our support page entitled

Why can’t I send messages from my Xbox One or the Xbox app? and let us know how if that helps.

Also, I would like it to be known that Microsoft/Xbox have discontinued use of the "800" number provided earlier. If you feel like you would like to get in contact with support for any reason, you would have to get in contact with
customer support via the support website.

I've figured out how to fix it. you have to restart the console(for console users) for pc users you must uninstall the xbox app and go to this xbox app download link

Hi. Have you tried to redownload your Xbox profile? Also, you can try and reset your console or PC. And try to clear the cache, too. That should refresh everything. Maybe that might work if you try that.

Yes i am a hazard sort of icon pops up and says visit support.xbox.com/fix-messages and it doesnt fix it

Hi TFury56, sorry for the frustration you have been having with messages. Can I ask what exactly happens when you get the errors? Does it happen when attempting to load the messages or sending? Is it on your console or mobile app?
