    Problems with MagicJigsawPuzzle since upgrading to Windows 10


    Ever since upgrading to Windows 10 I've had issues with Magic Jigsaw Puzzle. Every month the new pack will not download, Getting help from Ximad is basically having them tell you to do something you've already told them you've done. I've done everything
    they suggest, I've run the app troubleshoot, I can't even tell you how many times I've un/reinstalled the app, I've followed suggestions on Microsoft Community...which ultimately led me here cause that's where they said to go. I don't know what happens at
    some point during the month but eventually I am able to download the new (and old ones that are now gone because I've un/reinstalled so many times). I never had any problems with this app while running Windows 8... just since upgrading to Windows 10 and it
    is getting quite frustrating. The only thing that changes on my system from one month to the next is Windows updates. Anyone know what is going on or have a solution?

    Jigsaw daily challenges will not download

    Since upgrading to windows 10 the jigsaw challenges will not download. Is there a fix?

    Xbox app and Store not working since Windows 10 update

    Seeing the same thing since upgrading to 14942 of Windows 10. It says "access denied". Tried both regular and beta, uninstall reinstall.

    O.K. now we know you still on Windows 8.1 and just guess, because there a few changes since 8.1: Maybe your Windows 8.1 needs an update and I prefer an UPGRADE. Please read about this here: MS
