    Hallo,

    Da mein Hauptaccount gesperrt wurde, habe ich mich an die Seite
    http://enforcement.xbox.com/     gewandt, damit sie diesen Fall nocheinmal überprüfen. Diese haben bereits mehrmals mit mir geschrieben. Nun sollte ich ihnen noch weitere Informationen bereitstellen, sobald ich jedoch auf der Enforcement-Seite auf den Button
    "Need Info" klicke, öffnet sich nicht wie bisher das Chat-Fenster, sondern ich gelange jedes mal wieder auf die Startseite von http://enforcement.xbox.com/. Nach Chat mit einem Support Mitarbeiter wurde mir geraten
    hier einen Beitrag zu verfassen, da ich seit 2 Tagen nicht in das Chat Fenster komme und somit keine Möglichkeit habe mit der Enforcement Abteilung in Kontakt zu treten.

    I cant read French but i assume the Se connecter in the upper right corner means sign in in English which means your not signed into an account you would need to click on that and sign in with the account that has the suspension on it for you to be able
    to see your suspension.

    The proper teams are looking into this currently, but let's see if you can find that info by checking the

    Enforcement History page.

    If you still can't access it be sure to hang in there and the Enforcement teams will get a fix out as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    My account was permanently suspended for reasons unknown. I have tried to find out why, so I can appeal, through the above link but consistently get a technical issue notice please come back later? Can anyone help without being able to log onto enforcement
    I can not start an appeal?

    Any help would be gratefully received as at present I seem to have been banned yet I have no idea why and can not find out why? I only play Warzone online and with a few friends so am at a total loss as to what has happened?
