Problems with gta5 online

I have been in contact with rockstar for a good few weeks and they dont seem helpful, they have now told me to contact microsoft as it is their problem.. It takes me around 5minutes to load the online for gta5 on xbox one, when i do get in a game i am
normally put in a game on my own but the odd time that i am in a game with other people i only have 10 minutes to play before getting kicked. I get a message "please reconnect to xbox live" or something along them lines... My connection is on open and the
running speed is pretty good! I have no problem with any other online game... Only gta 5.. This has been a problem since the christmas day hackings.. Microsoft please help me... Thanks Nathan

Gta 5 Loading Problems

Have been playing GTA5 since Xmas but now's its only allowing to play in Story mode cant get back online. Just keeps saying loading? No problems getting online with any other games. Any advice or help would be great.

For the USA Im having problems with GTA5 as I stated before.

 

Look for the Xbox 360 Support forum. Here, you are just going to get answers from other players really.

Double-check to make sure it is not your connection because it sounds like symptoms of slow Internet connection. Try doing a "speedtest" to see your ping. Higher ping equals worse connection.

It could also just be R*'s *** servers. They really are bad sometimes.
