    Problems with Golf: Tee It Up backwards compatibility


    Golf: Tee it up has become backwards compatible. I can see it on my PC where I bought it back on 7/2008. It says it was purchased already. I hit download to Xbox 360 and it says it was paid for already. It should appear in MY games on Xbox One but it does
    not. I search for it in the store on the One and it asks for me to pay for it. I have paid already for the game and the content associated with it back in 2008. Can this be resolved? I have submitted several picture to the support staff and they say they cannot
    help me. Any thoughts??

    4 Player Local MP XBLA Games? Any good ones?

    "Aegis Wing", "3D Mini Golf", "Golf Tee It Up". If you wanted some "non arcade" ones, "Family Game Night" and "Scene It! Box Office Smash".

    Golf: Tee It Up and Gin Rummy purchased, but neither appears under 'Ready to install' on X1

    The issue is now fixed. I am able to install both Golf Tee It Up and Gin Rummy.

    Problems with Golf: Tee It Up backwards compatibility

    Golf: Tee it Up is available on the BC list. It does say it's new though. I would recommend holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug it and let it sit for 5 minutes to see if that helps. Be sure to go to my
    games and apps then ready to install to see if it is listed there.

    If it is not and you did purchase the game on your account then you will need to continue dealing with phone support for more assistance with this issue. You can get the number for your region by clicking this link Customer Support
