    Problems with getting xBox working properly since I bought it last month


    I’ve been several times in contact with your US support who now suggest my issues may be a regional problem. They recommend I contact AUS support since I'm based in Thailand.



    The 14 day free code for xbox live does not work thats the main problem. US support recommended I pay a monthly fee but I have to enter my credit card details again and when it comes to adding postcode it rejects whatever format I enter The postcode should
    be 10260 but this doesn’t work so I've spent hours re entering the card details and trying many different formats for the postcode. None of them work.



    I don’t understand why the details can’t be taken from the credit card info already stored on my Microsoft office account that it did for 2 games purchased earlier



    Please someone from Microsoft XBox support help me on this since its very frustrating. Thee xbox was bought for my 6 year old son its been very bad experience for me and he now deosnt want to use it and back to PC to play Roblox.



    AND the 14 day free offers should work!

    Xbox One Controllers

    I'm experiencing problems with every Xbox One controller i have. I had two controllers originally that both started playing up at around the same time about 6 months ago so i bought a new controller a few days ago and it's not working properly either,
    I'm experiencing glitchy problems on a number of different games with my controllers and not sure what's going on and if it's a console issue as it doesn't seem to matter what controller i use none of them are working properly?

    xbox connection issues

    having problems getting my xbox to connect to the internet. when i do a test the network passes but it fails when it gets to the internet. my netgear wndr4000 is working properly, my laptop and ps3 can both connect using the same cable i'm using for the
    xbox. any suggestions? it was working fine last night.

    Am I the only with with nothing but problems?

    The whole xbox experience is a farce. The xbox one has NEVER worked as it did on the live reveal and was brought to market at least 6 months too early.

    I'm on the beta test program and my drive hasn't worked properly since the 1404 system test (nearly 2 months ago) . Microsoft have released 4 "fixes" since then that still haven't sorted the problem. I don't think they know how to fix it.
