    Problems with getting an agent to help a pressing matter


    I genuinely hate to type this, but I need to get my EA account, but I cannot access the email address that is associated with my EA account is rendered inactive, and I cannot do anything to access it.. At all, there is literally no way to get into it. I was told by a EA advisor to contact microsoft. but I just dont know why its so difficult to get a hold of an agent, I couldn't care less if its over the phone or not. the fact of the matter is that no matter what issues I put in the support page, to try to get a hold of and agent, it always sends me to a page stating some **** like "sorry ! there are no agents available for this" like cmon man it cant be this hard.

    they're just passing the buck, Microsoft is absolutely no ability to access your EA account or any of the details. Account linking happens on their servers with Microsoft merely providing authentication during the link

    nothing i do will work and it has been a month. my subscription is still pending. help.

    this did not help as the agent said he didn't know what was wrong. it its pending and no matter what i do it still wont fix. this is a genuine problem and it needs to be fixed.

    I’ve tried to get in contact with an Agent but regarding to my problem I can only get in contact with an AI Bot Agent who is absolutely not helpful for me a n this problem. Isn’t there really no other way to get in touch with an agent? I bet this problem could be solved very very quickly if I would get in contact with one.
