Problems with game function.

I am having problems with the Microsoft Solitaire games, particularly Sudoku. The other games are also starting to have the same

difficulty; however Sudoku has been on-going and is really getting troublesome. As I am playing the daily games, whenever the "Ad" changes, it pauses and I am unable to continue with the game, it freezes. However, the clock does not freeze, but keeps going.

Please fix this on-going problem as it is very frustrating. Is it because the games are free? Is this a way to get us to purchase the games without ads? Help.

I live in a region not supported by Xbox One?

Yes the X1 is not region locked. So playing games will give u no problems only issues would be with some apps and kinect function for voice features

Problems with Xbox One Live function

Hey Microsoft,

Just the day before i was playing online using xbox live feature, but today as i signed in, it shows that my account does not have permission to xbox live. I even checked the privacy settings, changed it and again restored it to the default adults, still
it does not work. Please help me.

Yes it has happened to me before. For some reason it just had my character standing there taking a beating. It showed me throw out maybe 6 hits the entire match, I'm like WTF, no way that's me. So not sure what causes this, maybe just a bug but the rest
of my replays I watched that day were accurate. I remember something similar happening with MK9 as well.

You should be able to do it following these steps:

Connect your controller using a micro-USB cable (included with all standard Xbox One wireless controllers and the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit). Standard alkaline batteries won’t be used to power the controller functions while you’re using your controller
as a wired controller.

If you’re using an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 or Xbox Adaptive Controller, connect your controller using a USB-C cable (included with both controllers).

Depending on the type of controller you have, plug the micro-USB or USB-C cable into the power port on the back of the controller then plug the other end of the cable into your Xbox One.

The mobile of Minecraft did the same, and what ended up to be the problem was that there was a bug in the game that caused that function not to work properly, they advised me to wait for the next update for the game and when it launched the problem was
solved, maybe it is the same problem for the Nintendo switch
