problems with exchangeable codes

Sometimes it says the code was already used when it just actually redeemed it. Please check your order history for the game here https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders#/ and also, on your
xbox one, in My Games and Apps > Games for the game and to check for the DLC, go to My Games and Apps > Games > Push START (3 lines button) on your game > Manage game > your DLC is there to download.

If you don't have the items, please check other accounts that you might have put them on by accident and if still not, contact the place where you bought the card for further help. Xbox support can't help with this issue, the retailer must.

Contact your retailer for a replacement or a refund

You would have to contact the retailer you purchased the game from for an exchange. Although if you bought the game in the UK, the code should be for the UK. If you're having issues redeeming the code, make sure your account region matches your physical
location.

For a code like this, as Smwutches stated. You'll need to work with the retailer to exchange any codes. We don't have the ability to exchange codes in that fashion here. Very sorry for any miscommunication. Are you able to redeem the code on xbox.com

I was told to post what I did here, by a member of your support team after they discover the code was for the US marketplace and contacting your division, whom told them that I should post what I did here, and that I would receive help, exchanging the code.
