Problems with Enforcement Team and Permanent Bans

After being a long time fan of xbox i was disgusted when i found out i had been permanently banned until the yeat 9999 for something that does not deserve a ban that long. After a random account had been messaging me to 'block' and report players and was
treating me like an xbox official i went along with the joke and pretended i was (very obvious i was joking) however he continued messaging me to block people for him so after getting sick of it i pretended to be an automated message saying he was going to
be temporarily banned for trying to ban people. Karma got me cause now i'm perma banned and i'm able to see the huge problems with xbox's enforcement team.

1 : you are unable to contact them directly , not even xbox support can contact them (hiding behind computers with forums being the only way to contact them

2 : You lose the right to all games you had on that account as well ad DLC , paid subscriptions and all your achievements hard work and there is no option to have it transfered to a new account or to get a refund. I would pay a fee to get my account back

3 : Code of conduct is the most pathetic thing banning people for life for sending messages taken out of context is ridiculous even hate messages or swearing can get you banned , so much for free speech am i right

4 : they literally state 'we learn from out mistakes and always try to improve' in their values yet for some reason the customers do not get treated with the same values as they do not get a warning , just a ban for life meaning we cannot.

5 : most of the case studies appear to just be an automated message , as if the team is just one bot that is programmed to never revoke bans

I'm very disappointed with xbox and Microsoft as a whole for treating its customers with such little compassion (even if they have done something wrong). I understanding perma bans for hacking , cheating or anything illegal but there are just some things
that are well and truly over the top a perma ban ( E.G jokingly acting as a microsoft bot where i was not trying to get personal information or threating to ban , cause the joke was he was already banned and he clearly wasn't.

I just want my account back i would pay for it back and i would never make the same mistake ever again. JarTaJar rests in our souls

Remove ban on my console

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans/suspensions. The only way to reach the enforcement team is by filing a case review.

Console bans are not eligible for case reviews.

If the console ban is permanent then your only option to continue playing online is to get a new console. Permanent console bans are just that. Permanent.

joking or.pretending to be a Xbox enforcement or moderator is a severe violation of the terms of use

It doesn't matter how long you been around

You are presenting xbox in a bad light which is why such cases are severe consequences

And yes the same rules apply to. Most consoles

Noone likes.people.abusing or.pretending to abuse commincation by pretending to be someone who has power

As ngocphi said though,impersonating Microsoft/xbox staff is a severe violation of the ToU/CoC.

argue i was literally set-up . I guess its okay for someone to spam a Microsoft employee to ban someone but not for someone to obviously make a fake automated message that didn't even make remotely any sense. I wasn't acting as an enforcer or 'moderator'.
